Delete Your Account — TETAMU Smart Stay

How to request deletion

Property hosts — in the app

Open the TETAMU app and sign in.
Go to Settings and tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is closed immediately and your data is removed within 30 days.

Hosts and guests — by email

Email sales@mytetamu.com with the subject “TETAMU account deletion request”.
Include the email address or phone number you used with TETAMU, and whether you are a host or a guest. Guests can also include the property name and stay dates.
We confirm your identity by replying to that email or phone number, then complete the deletion within 30 days and let you know when it is done.

Guests: your stay is set up by the property host, so you can also ask the host to remove your details. You do not need to go through them — you can always contact us directly.
